Originally from Rio Grande do Sul, where it maintains its headquarters, the Habitasul Group is present in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and São Paulo, and also in Costa Rica. It operates in the industrial areas, with pulp, paper and packaging, resins and furniture, and metalworking, and real estate developments with urban destinations and real estate, hospitality and related services. It generates more than 12,000 jobs, both direct and indirectly.
For Habitasul, Jurerê Internacional is one of its major real estate projects, which has applied, since the beginning of the Project in 1980, its values and core commitments towards human beings, nature, and development and prosperity for all.
